Step 1: Raise the Issue with Our Consultant

Step 2: Written Complaint
If the issue remains unresolved, you may send a written complaint or email your grievance to:

Step 3: Escalation to Grievance Officer
If you are still not satisfied with the resolution provided by your consultant, you can escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer:

Step 4: Escalation to SEBI (if unresolved within 30 days)
If your grievance is not resolved within 30 days, you may approach the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) through its centralized web-based complaint redressal system — SCORES.
